    The separation process of methane-butane fraction from natural gas before transport

    A series of experiments of adsorption of vapor-air mixtures of some individual hydrocarbons on fibrous sorbents out of polyethylene and polypropylene is made. The calculated changes of concentrations of hydrocarbons in the vapor-air mixture base on experimental data. It is shown that concentration of hydrocarbons decreases after column by 1.4 times and that sorption capacity of fibers reaches 1 g of hydrocarbons on 1 g of a fibrous sorbent. This result was assumed as a basis of calculation of model of the separator for separation of hydrocarbons С[1-4] from water and fractions С[5-n], the degree of separation of the first stage gas of the Verkhne - Tarskoe's field was 98 %

    About Prospects of Enrichment of Mineral Raw Materials and Chemical Activation of Water Suspensions by Electroexplosive Method

    A series of experiments is conducted on laboratory and pilot-production installation for the application of high-voltage pulsed discharge in the processes of enrichment of gold-bearing mineral raw materials with a relatively low energy electrical discharge in the pulse of 120 J. At the same time the conglomerates of clay components are breaking down to micron and submicron sizes completely. Solid minerals such as quartz are simultaneously destroyed by defects and grains and withdrawn from the installation with water, thus increasing degree of enrichment of concentrate. The results of the processing by high-voltage pulsed discharges of building sand from the Ob riverbed are given. Discharge energy is 45 J. Relations of fractions in the original sand and in the sand after electroexplosive process show the uniform crushing of sand particles with splitting off particles with size of less than 0.045 mm. A content of chipped particles is 18 %. The results of particle-size and X-ray structural analyses are shown

    Method of Noncontact Calibration of the Robotic Ultrasonic Tomograph

    The method of calibration of robotic ultrasonic tomograph with the construction of the trajectory of movement of the robot-manipulator on the object of control by using 3D-scanner is described. This method can significantly accelerate the process of calibration of tomograph and prevent possible displacement of the object during calibration. The algorithm of transition from use of a contact method of calibration of the tomograph to noncontact calibration is offered. Experimental data of application of this algorithm show a positive result: the time of research of object considerably decreases. Results of researches prove the practical relevance of the presented work and high efficiency of application of robotic ultrasonic tomography for nondestructive testing of objects of different forms

    Elegant software for investigation of electron transport systems

    Abstract: this paper presents the possibilities of the software elegant for the investigation of electron transport systems. The research object is the electron accelerator Photo-CATCH. It is used to study electron sources that a later further examined by the electron accelerator S-DALINAC (Superconducting-Darmstadt-LINear-Accelerator). For the installation of a new cryogenic electron source, which is expected to extend the lifetime of the CsO-coating, the setup needed to be rearranged to be able to use the existing source as well as the new cryogenic source with one beamline. The characteristics of the beam properties of both sources were obtained using elegant. After executing all necessary simulations and analysing the results, the beamline could be readjusted, and the source put into operation

    Highly-Effective Purification of Air on the Fibrous Filtering Nozzles

    A series of experiments by air purification on fibrous filtering nozzles was made. It is experimentally shown that the fibrous filter can operate in a wide rate range. The degree of trapping of fine aerosols of glass was 99 % at a linear rate of 0.01 m/s. the degree of capture decreased to 85 % at the increasing of filtration rate up to 0.06 m/s. Dustiness of the air ranged from 3 to 5 g/m{3} at the course of the experiment. Hydraulic resistance changed from 5 to 25 mm of water column. The calculated data of resistance and falling of pressure on fibrous filters are given; these data were received on the equations from various sources in comparison with experimentally obtained data. According to the results of series of experiments the amendment of the well-known Fuchsian equation is calculated for calculation of the resistance of fibrous air filter. This amendment considers a form and defects of surface of the fibers received by centrifugal-spinneret method

    The peculiarity of operation of oscillatory electric drive with doubly-fed motor at realization of algorithm of shock-free start was considered. The method of evaluating of energy parameters of such motors operating at the resonance mode with учетом of quantitative and qualitative components of the process of energy conversion by an electric motor (doubly-fed motor) is proposed. The calculation of energy characteristics of electric drive of this type was made, the results of calculation show an increase of energy efficiency (an average, generalized efficiency coefficient [eta]E increased by 10 %), which confirms the practical significance of the research object

    An analysis of statistical data shows that attendance in the libraries falls every year, the demand of library information as the material carrier (for example books) is greatly reduced, but the information in electronic form is in demand, and every year the figures are growing significantly. This paper presents an estimation method for separate and complex indicators of the efficiency of library and information product and service rendering depending on various factors that determine service quality, timeliness and efficiency. A fuzzy logic system to transform the primary data was designed with the "Fuzzy Logic Toolbox" software using MATLAB. The methods to rank the studied factors by their importance and effect on the criteria of the efficiency of library and information product and service rendering are given. It is shown that the quality of library and information services plays an important role in development of society and influences the global socio-economic development and wellbeing. The research application contributes to the optimization of the library helps to more efficiently organize and plan their work, as well as the right to determine the direction of further investment. In addition, it enables the management of the library to identify factors that contribute to improving the efficiency of their businesses, to study the most urgent and important needs of the market library services, and also to establish the factors that currently are essential as for institutions, and for users and consumers

    This paper presents the electric drive control system of corner reflectors of the infrared Fourier transform spectrometer for meteorological satellite. Limited-swing brushless DC motor with a torsional bearing is used as a drive motor. Stringent requirements are imposed to the drive control system for stabilization of moving speed of the reflectors while obtaining the interferogram and for limitation of the reverse time. Research of influence of torsion on steady-state error of speed and ways of its compensation is conducted. The obtained results are consistent with the simulation results of the drive. It is shown that the developed drive is operable in a spacecraft system
